Why pay if I already use Google or social media?
Ibu is an additional local discovery channel. A Business page brings your photos, menu or services, and contact paths together for people browsing Ibu. Growth adds defined help with maintaining and sharing that page. Keep your Google profile and social channels active.
Does paying make my business verified?
No. Payment covers your listing features and services. A claimed or owner-managed listing indicates account control; it is not a quality or safety guarantee. Sponsored placements are paid advertising. A separate business-verification process must be completed before Ibu awards a verified badge.
Does a paid plan guarantee customers or better rankings?
No. The fee covers the listing features and services in your plan. Customer demand, response time, your offer, and Ibu’s audience all affect results. Paid plans do not promise Google rankings or a specific number of inquiries.
What counts as a separate listing?
A distinct public-facing business or physical branch with its own useful customer information. A hotel and its separately named public restaurant can have two pages; three hardware-store branches can have three. Rooms, menu items, and minor service variations do not each need a listing.
What does a Growth social feature include?
One creative and caption, adapted and shared once on each of Ibu’s Facebook and Instagram accounts per month, using your supplied assets. It is not four posts, a photoshoot, a paid campaign, or a promise of reach. We confirm the content deadline, approval steps, and publishing schedule with you before service starts.
How do monthly and annual payments work?
Monthly and annual options are available to discuss with our team. Annual pricing is paid upfront and costs the same as ten monthly payments, saving 16.7% against twelve payments. Online subscription checkout is not yet available. We confirm payment, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund terms in writing before you commit.
Can I take bookings or payments through Ibu?
Your Business page can direct customers to your own website or booking link. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking or payment. Your business handles availability, confirmation, and fulfillment.
